ESG

Environmental, Social and Governance

At Gleba, our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach is embedded in how we run the business. It’s designed to create shared, positive outcomes for our clients, people, supply chain, partners, and the wider community, while keeping us accountable as we grow.

Our ESG framework is guided by by our alignment with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. These commitments are measurable and can be verified and reported in line with recognised global reporting standards.

This ensures Gleba continues to play a meaningful role, focused on real action and measurable impact.

Gleba supports the principles of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by focusing on practical actions that improve hygiene outcomes, reduce waste, and help clients maintain safer, more efficient buildings. The 2030 Agenda, adopted by all UN Member States, sets out the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a shared blueprint for people and planet.

How our services connect to the SDGs

SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-being

Infection-control support, high-touchpoint cleaning programs, and hygiene servicing help reduce risk in high-traffic environments, including offices, retail, and residential common areas.

SDG 6 – Clean Water & Sanitation

Washroom hygiene programs, consumables management, and cleaning practices that prioritise safe, responsible chemical use support healthier sanitation outcomes across sites.

SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities & Communities

Consistent cleaning, porterage, waste stream management, and external presentation services help maintain safer, cleaner shared environments across commercial and residential assets.

SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption & Production

Structured waste and recycling management, bin room upkeep, and contamination-reduction practices support more responsible consumption patterns and better waste outcomes.

SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth

We aim to build professional, well-supported teams through training, clear scopes, and site-based supervision—raising standards and reliability across every shift.
